This study involved 197 nurses at Lasinrang General Hospital, Pinrang Regency. The number of samples used in this study was 132 respondents obtained from calculations using the Slovin formula. The data in this study used primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that the leadership style variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Lasinrang General Hospital, Pinrang Regency. The job satisfaction variable has no significant impact on the performance of nurses at Lasinrang General Hospital, Pinrang Regency, and Transformational Leadership Style has a dominant influence on the performance of nurses at Lasinrang General Hospital Pinrang Regency.
