This study involved 197 nurses at Ibnu Sina Hospital Makassar. The number of samples used in this study was 132 respondents obtained from the calculations using the Slovin formula. This study used primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that the leadership style variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Ibnu Sina Hospital Makassar. The job satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the performance of nurses at Ibnu Sina Hospital Makassar.
