Influence of organizational structure, description position and requirements position on Performance employee
Abstract
This research on the extent of analysis of the structure of structuring, job description and position requirements on the performance of employees at the Makassar City Health office from samples of 55 employees, then the results of the hypotheses that have been conducted were obtained that the arrangement of 0.05 < organizational , so the first hypothesis proposed was proven. The most dominant variable affecting employee performance is the structuring of the organizational structure, the reason being that it has the highest value of the beta coefficient and has a probability value less than 0.05, so the second hypothesis proposed is not proven
