The Effect of Working Climate & Teacher Performance Through Job Satisfaction on the Students' Achievement in Integrated Islamic Schools in Makassar.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD IT Plus Qurthuba and SDIT Wahdah Islamiyah 01 Makassar in November 2022. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. The type of research used is an ex post facto type of research. The sample in this study was 120 students with a simple random sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and UTS values. This study used the path analysis method with the help of the SPSS version 22 application and used the online Sobel test to calculate the indirect influence of free and bound variables through mediation variables.

The results of this study are (1) there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Climate on Teachers in Integrated Islamic Schools in Makassar City. (2) there is a positive and significant influence between teacher performance and teachers in Integrated Islamic Schools in Makassar City. (3) there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction on Teachers in Integrated Islamic Schools in Makassar City. (4) there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Climate on job satisfaction in Integrated Islamic Schools. (5) there is a positive and significant influence between Teacher Performance on job satisfaction in Integrated Islamic Schools. (6) there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Climate through Job Satisfaction on the achievement of Students in Integrated Islamic Schools. (7) there is a positive and significant influence between Teacher Performance through Job Satisfaction on the achievement of Students in Integrated Islamic Schools
