Implementation of Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model in Improving Student Achievement
Abstract
This study aims to determine the improvement of students' learning achievement and effectiveness by using the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model Implementation in the learning process. Penelitian uses Action Class (PTK); Collecting data using observation, tests, and documentation. The research subjects were students whose results were then analyzed using the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that in the pre-cycle ten students or about 38% who have understood the learning material thoroughly, while those who are incomplete there are 16 students or about 62%, in the first cycle there are 17 students from 26 students, namely 65%. have completed in understanding the subject matter and nine students from 26 pereta of students, namely 35% have not been completed. There was an increase of 96% in the second cycle, with 24 students from 26 students who understood the learning material, two students from 26 students, namely 4% who had not completed the learning process. It is concluded that applying the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model can improve learning achievement very effectively in the learning process
